How to order
The best way to place your order is by using our secure online ordering system. Alternatively, you may place your order over the phone or email.
For furniture that is hand-made to order, a 50% deposit payment is required. We accept all major credit cards, Sterling or Euro bank cheques and direct bank transfer payments. When orders are placed online they are automatically confirmed. If ordered by telephone, we will always confirm in writing by email. At this stage it is very important that you check the items you have ordered are correct. We will not accept responsibility if orders are incorrect after the checking process. Making Changes To Your Order
Alterations to your order within a few days are usually acceptable. Once the goods are in production, however, we may have to charge you a fee to cover any cancellation costs. Changing an order may cause a delay in production or may alter the original price.
Each article of furniture produced by Fleming & Howland is specially made to order and delivered direct to homes worldwide. To control certification standards, Fleming & Howland does not operate through third party re-sellers or high street showrooms.
