CASE STUDY
Lolita Tequila Bar
A Mexican outlaw meets Mexican royalty within dimly lit rooms brimming with gothic sophistication, setting the mood at Lolita Cocina & Tequila Bar in Boston’s Back Bay and Fort Point neighborhoods. Spanish-inspired décor brings the vision to life with signature design elements including hand-painted wall murals, vintage wrought iron and Mexican calaveras; all of which embody Lolita’s rebellious spirit.

A space where the lines between bar, restaurant and nightlife are seamlessly blurred.
COJE Management Group strive to bring signature old-world hospitality, inspired world-class cuisine, and curated cocktails into a flawlessly designed space where the lines between bar, restaurant and nightlife are seamlessly blurred. Each COJE restaurant offers a seamless transition from dinner to drinks and beyond, representing a new generation of social dining.
