You may be able to arrange collection through your own appointed shipper or courier, but this must be booked and confirmed with us in advance. Before confirming a collection, we will need the order reference, the items being collected, the proposed collection date and time, the shipper or courier company name, and any packaging requirements.
Please note that your appointed shipper is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is suitable and that the goods are secured correctly after collection. The driver may also be asked to provide collection paperwork and photo ID before goods are released.
Under ex-works collection terms, responsibility and risk transfer to the client once the goods are made available for collection. If your shipper requires specific packaging, please let us know in advance so we can confirm whether this can be arranged and whether any additional cost or preparation time applies.
